Before you can access the platform, please review and accept our Terms of Service.

By using the MaxProm platform, you agree to the following:

  • Every phone number you submit through this platform must belong to a customer with whom you have a completed, existing business relationship.
  • You confirm that each customer provided their phone number directly to you during a legitimate business transaction.
  • You will not submit phone numbers from purchased lists, rented lists, or any third-party source.
  • MaxProm will send a one-time post-service follow-up message to each customer on your behalf. Message frequency: 1 message per service visit. Message and data rates may apply for the recipient.
  • You agree to our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
